Ten minutes after I ordered, I realized it’s the wrong size. I emailed immediately but no one would respond. I would have exchanged for the right size. I received the jeans and had to return them back via usps costing me 58 dollars. Very bad communication costing a customer and future business. I would have bought more things but now I don’t trust this website.

Customer Service seems more of a barrier than actually helping resolve an issue. Companies that behave this way do not go far. Nike, Vans, Apple, Hilton all do not have this approach. Numerous choices that have similar products.
