The carafe is defective—when pouring, the liquid stream is misaligned and flows backward. The original unit was replaced, but the second carafe showed the same flaw to the same extent.

As someone who is interested in coffee, I really liked this cup. Especially when making latte art, the patterns look clearer and more aesthetic thanks to its wide-mouthed design. Its double-glass structure both preserves heat and can be held comfortably since the outside remains cool. It also looks very stylish and elegant as a presentation.
A really successful product for those who want to take their coffee pleasure to the next level. I recommend it. ☕✨
