The time from placing my order to receiving the product just seemed unusually long.

Shopping was nice, nothing really special or different about it.

Impeccable

The service was extraordinary, as I am living in Iraq and the website shows the items are out of stock; I communicated with the team through Insta and Email , the support was great and got the order processed through email only !! Thank you so much and looking forward to seeing more great design

Good one

No contenders, I love to serve my espresso ☕️ passion in such an art cups.

Always a fantastic experience great communication fast shipping and delivery, nothing but praise.

I bought products before and have always liked you as a company.

It took quite a while for it to come to me in the mail here in Southern California, but that's only because we're conditioned to Prime Amazon shipping (next day). It was well worth the wait. Also, I feel like I really paid up for this item due to Trump tariffs, but that's not KRUVE's fault. Again, it was worth it nonetheless.

Love the brand and their collaborations

Beautiful

Pretty awesome...one came in cracked, but the other survived and is doing well. Thank you!

These look great in marketing photos and on Instagram, but in actual use I was disappointed. The biggest issue is the proportions and ergonomics. They are extremely wide and bulky for the volume they hold, which makes them awkward to grip and not particularly elegant in the hand. The online photos make them appear much more refined and balanced than they really are. The glass itself also feels surprisingly cheap for the price point. Very light, thin, and somewhat plasticky in hand rather than

No complains

Dear Kávé (Kruve) Team, I am writing to let you know that my order has arrived safely and everything went very smoothly. I am really pleased with the glasses; the quality is excellent and they look even better in person. I also wanted to thank you for the 10% discount you offered for my first purchase following my initial inquiry. It was a very professional and appreciated gesture. It has been a pleasure dealing with you, and I will definitely be a returning customer. Best regards,

Excellent experience. The videos were the best sales pitch. Keep it going!!

The team were very accommodating

Smooth

I received Our Coffee Shelter cups as a gift.

Shipping is a bit long and not your typical company but it was okay

I'll be back:)

Overall, shipping was prompt and the items were packaged very well. I was just extremely dissatisfied with the product itself. Supposed to keep drink hotter longer and it didn’t even start out to keep drink hot; and certainly not better than ceramic.
