The shipping cost was added to the order and ended up being more expensive than the item itself. I wasn't happy about that, but I accepted it. However, when the delivery arrived, the courier told me I had to pay an additional €10. I never ordered such an expensive delivery service, but at that point there was no sense arguing. As a result, I am not satisfied with the service and will most likely not order from you again. The item itself is fine.
