I had to exchange a different pair as I was still figuring out how to properly size myself for the right fit of jeans, but Okayama Denim did well to be flexible and bear with me in the process. Even when I was held up shipping the originally pants from events in my life, there was never an issue with the progression from sending the jeans back and exchanging for a new pair to be sent. I plan to buy again in the future, from the storefront if possible!
