On arrival I loved the bag - perfect size and colour, but unfortunately the strap I’d chosen didn’t match the bag. I contacted Ollie & Nic and have been so pleased with their excellent customer 5 star service as they arranged to send a new strap to me with a returns label to ensure it arrived before my holiday.
