I email Ollie & Nic has I put my order in the basket then had a phone call my mum was taken poorly and had to go to the hospital, when I went back on to finish my order they had sold out of the bag I wanted, anyway I got a reply and they said they would look in the warehouse to see if there was any, and the received an email a couple of days later saying they had one so I placed the order for the bag and also the purse, great company to buy from.
