Horrible experience. Zero customer care when item has no disclaimer on website about being unsuitable for recessed walls. Then to return you're paying a 20% restocking fee, freight and then above all, if package is returned and damaged in transit you forfeit your entire refund. Talk about being left to hold the baby. I will never buy from here again
