Generally okay, obviously the presale and regular restocks disappear so quick that it ruins the experience. You can add something to your basket, look to add another product, but when you go to check out it states the items are sold out. There is no grace period to allow you to add more products while saving what you have already selected - a 3-5 minute stock hold for example would allow people to spend more money.

I’ve bought from the chocolate Smith’s quite a few times and I think it’s always worth the wait. I somehow always find myself getting the pre-orders which obviously take a while. Once they ship out and are at my door, I never regret it, though from chocolate bars to Easter eggs to pumpkins to holiday themed mini packs; I can’t think of a single thing I’ve bought that I thought it wasn’t worth the price. I love the whimsy that goes into these bars as well. Like I’m buying from Willy Wonka himself
