The product itself is good and fits well for my 25 MDY — no complaints there. But the company’s communication was terrible. The website said my pick-up order would be ready within 24 hours, yet I heard nothing for days until I reached out myself.
After more waiting, I finally got an email saying it was ready, only to be told at pick-up they were actually out of stock. All of this could’ve been avoided with a simple update. I really wish they’d communicate better with customers.
