I bet I would have loved the necklace if only I had RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!! Your support team has been of no help and neither has usps and they claim my package was marked as delivered well guess what I never got it!!! Good thing I did the installment plan, cause I am most definitely not paying you another dime!!! Have fun talking to my lawyer

It would be nice to at least receive some kind of feedback from pink vault. I waited a long time for something I wanted and still haven’t received. USPS says the package was delivered to the address on the package. I double checked everything and on my end it was correct. Now it’s left up to me to do the dance between usps, and pink vault who has ignored my request. Ugggghhh
