Terrible experience: it took over a month to receive my whole order, and I had multiple damaged items due to poor packaging.
The order wasn't complete; one of the items was supposed to have an engraving that said EST. In 2009, for all time & eternity.
Picture frames are inconsistent: some side trim pieces are cut short, there are staple holes from staples as they were assembled, and there's no way to hang them unless you use the edge/lip of the frame.
Over all poor quality control!!!
