This company and their watches are truly a scam. I purchased two watches and tried to get help through their customer support because the SIM cards would not pick up service. I emailed for 5 days with no response, called their 888 number and got no answer. I put in for a return (RMA #MSVDS8UJ) and have not received a return approval email with a return label for the last 5 days. Buyers beware! Over $300 stolen.

Customer service is virtually nonexistent. I submitted a request to return the watch about a week ago, since it is not compatible with our current mobile provider’s network (AT&T) and have not received a response.

Fast shipping, but should have brought the screen protector

When you called Tech Support, you just get a message saying that they can’t take your call And if you’ve emailed Tech Support, it takes a good 24 hours then to get back to you

No one will contact me. I've asked for technical help and now to return the item after not receiving any help.

This company took my money and did not deliver the product and will not communicate with me.

Terrible customer service and no support for their products.

Not good

I placed an order (Order #70578) for two watches on 31st May, with delivery to Greece. As of today (1st August), I have not received the items, nor have I received any response to my previous attempts to contact you. This delay is unacceptable. I request an immediate update on the shipping status. If the items cannot be delivered within 5 business days, I expect a full refund to be processed.

Product not as described very disappointed it was waste of money I regret they’re not honest with the product description and expectations

Waited more than a month to receive my order. I’ve contacted Angel Watch’s customer service several times and never received a response. It’s like they don’t even exist. For such an expensive product, the lack of support is unacceptable.

No support provided when ordering especially if you have questions

Terrible. After I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping, my package finally arrived...then I wasn't able to activate the sim card because the website didn't recognize the sim card number. I haven't been able to get anyone to talk to me or respond to me in 3 weeks after repeated attempts.

The website needs upgraded. Also when you click "contact us" it gives you no information. And there's no way to sign in and see your past purchases.

Customer service is a nightmare. They are unresponsive, misleading, and not helpful.

Scam. After a month still haven’t reciprocated the watch, support is not responding. Looks like a scam.
