My experience with this company has done a complete 180. My first order took quite a bit of time to arrive which tainted the experience. However once the prder arrived i was blown away. I simply had to order more, and the second time around my order arrived on time. Love all the QR codes for the various links to assist and I love the different type stitch suggestion guide too!
