My expectations were too high! Between January 07, 2025, and Febuary20th 2025 there were maybe 20 emails and delays for this item. The price was great, and the reviews I have looked at before, during, and after this purchase are all generally good. My disappointment started with the long wait for any approval of the impression of my teeth. My bank had to stop payment due to the lack of clarity from the company. Then the amount of time and notes I had to send to get a call only seemed to placate my concerns. After the third impression attempt and approval, the delays continued. The note inside the USPS delivery said the trays “might” feel tight, they were NOT. The trays are very loose-fitting and don’t seem to be doing anything. And the edges were not even trimmed cleanly. After my Invisalign of many years broke I was desperate for a solution without breaking the bank.
