Fairly quick shipping. Items pictured accurately. Really love the 2 hoods I have. The fit, especially over my helmet, is great. I found it a bit difficult to navigate website and identify the fabrics by descriptions. Also disappointed some items out of stock when wanted. Return easy, but with shipping for order, return, and for exchange it adds up. Wish if want exchange, shipping would be waived. Also the prices seem a bit high, some similar items cost less elsewhere. However, love the hoods!
