I had a few issues related to quality control that I brought to the attention of Fleshlight Canada’s customer service. I was told that one of the issues is normal and that I should just tear the Fleshlight material apart. The second issue was related to a broken case and a black dot embedded in the Fleshlight material. I was told that they would replace the entire unit for me. When I showed that there is also a black dot embedded in another sleeve, they stopped responding to me altogether.
