I haven't even started painting yet. I bought three paintings on December 13, 2025, but the other two only arrived today (January 8, 2026). Also, I discovered that one of the paintings was missing a pack of thumbtacks in its packaging; you didn't notice this when you packed it. I am extremely unhappy with this delay in receiving the goods and the oversight in the packaging.
