I ordered from here back in November of last year and never received my order. Checked in with someone named Elena in customer service in December as the items ordered were Christmas gifts and customer service didn’t help at all. Tried to get a refund in January and was denied a refund. Such a shame because the items were so cute. Please refund my items.
