Whilst they have responded to my emails, it is as if they are AI responses or by someone who doesn't understand my concerns.
Examples being when your free snoopy tote bag code MYSNOOPY didn't work, so I used a 20% off code & asked for the amount that I paid to be refunded, nothing was done about it. Another,when I made a 2nd order hrs after my 1st order & requested its cancellation, was not possible -even though it had not been dispatched. anyway, I think that I will no longer purchase from yo.
