Mostly a very professional organization. High quality materials and stellar packaging but they struggled with keeping us updated on progress of our order (we ordered just as some of the new US import policies were changing and that had an adverse impact on their ability to produce and shipping our order on the typical timeline). It all turned out OK but they recognize they need to improve customer expectation management, especially when things aren't working like they usually do.
