Horrible experience. I recieved the case for the wrong model. Ordered the Berserk-Guts phone case for the S23 FE, but received one for the S26 Ultra. Only one of the 3 cases that I ordered was supposed to be for an S26 Ultra, not 2. And when I try to contact support to correct the mistake, all I get is a minor discount code to spend more money to fix the mistake you all made. Horrible and corrupt experience

The inventory variety is nice, the QUALITY of the artwork looks super AI on too many pictures… it’s like yall wanted to rush production and hope nobody noticed. The simplicity of the design is appealing as far as durability… time will tell. The fact I had to wait as long as I did was not cool. My phone dropped twice in the time since purchasing the case…. And I had yet to even receive the case even though my policy papers arrived in like three days……….
