Customer service was really helpful explaining the sizing - I am kind of in-between the 36 and 37 and am glad they recommended the 37 to make room for thicker socks and the lovely reality of your feet swelling end of day after working on your feet for 8+ hours. :) Once I had ordered my shoes, they arrived really quickly- So that was a very nice surprise!
