Muy bien todo

Leider wahr die Kommunikation mit SimRacerZone sehr schlecht. Nur auf Nachfrage hat man mitgeteilt bekommen das die Lieferung verschoben wurde. Desweiteren auf Anfrage ob man vielleicht etwas entgegen kommt (Gutschein etc.) für die lange Wartezeit, 15 Januar - 16 April wo es dann endlich da war, warte ich heute noch auf eine Antwort. Ich kann ja verstehen das es probleme etc gibt aber naja ich werde zukünftig woanders oder direkt bei Moza kaufen.

I’m still waiting for the customs clearance because your website lets me register with Serbia as my country but I had to ship to a German warehouse paying that ridiculous tax, then reship to Serbia paying the tax again and paying twice for shipping. This is a bad experience for me, I hope the devices are better than my ordering and shipping experience. I do hope to see Serbia within the list to shipping to prevent this bs that is ridiculous and expensive and embarrassing.

The delivery took a while, but the staff were ready to help and were also very kind.

I got unlucky because I ordered the item when it was LAST IN STOCK, what most likely happened, is that website wasnt updated yet, and it was already sold out or the last in stock was just a pre-order bait :D I waited for 2 months+- and then it finally arrived. I basically pre-ordered the wheel when it was out of stock(it was showing LAST IN STOCK on website, but it was most likely already gone at that time) Other than the delayed problems with stock, there were no problems with ordering.

Took a while to dispatch and then sent the parcel to the wrong address using the slowest DHL shipping option. DHL can do Japan to Scotland in 48 hours with time to spare. No excuse for choosing such a slow shipping option.

To long delivery time but good

I ordered Moza indicators stalks from here as everywhere in the uk and elsewhere were out of stock. They were a great price and dispatched from Bulgaria and I received them in the uk in a week. You do have to pay import duty and dhl a fee but not to bad. Great thanks

It was supposed to be delivered mid January, came mid February.. i bet it's not stores fault.. but nevertheless I'd say that they have really good products and especially good customer support
