My experience has definitely improved. Initially the first bottle I received did not squeeze out one side of the bottle. I followed the instructions and spoke to customer service but the instructions and directions did not help with producing one side of the bottle. It was very frustrating but I took a chance and reordered another bottle at full price. The second bottle I purchased did work properly and I hope that will be the case moving forward.
