I have two no-name oxygen generators that I bought from Amazon, and they stopped producing any oxygen after a short time. When I went back to Amazon to see who to contact, both models disappeared!
So far, my experience with Varon has been great. If I need to order parts or have a unit fixed, at least there are departments that do that at Varon!

I ordered a spare batteryfor my unit. After several days past i went to check on the delivery status only to find that FEDx said my item is lost. So i contacted Varon via email and got immediate reply they would out of the office for several weeks due a holiday. Varon had no support for me. Varon should note they are in a business where people buy their products because they are needed to live! Horrible customer support!

It wasn't a good experience from the start. I should have had the insight to cancel the order and go else where the minute I realized what a headahe this was going to be. Over $300 that went on sale just after I pad for mine and it arrived broken. That's an expensive loss for a retired person on a fixed income who just really needs oxygen and no way to fix the problem.
