We love the machines. We have the portable and the VH2. We can’t get anyone to help us with our problems. The portable keeps beeping and showing low oxygen concentration. They want us to send it to California to get looked at. That machine is only a few months old. What does he use while it’s in California. You should stand by your products. And I can’t get a filter replacement for my VH2. They sent caps. My machine doesn’t take the cap filter. It takes the little felt ones. Please help us.
