Ordered the portable through Amazon, and the non-portable directly from Varon. Both shipped, and arrived on time, as promised, though shipping/tracking details were limited because they don’t seem to want you to know where it’s coming from (China, New Jersey??), and I’ve noticed that it’s impossible to find contact info from Varon if you need to address a problem.

The order process was quick and easy. I was told by customer service there would be 3 shipments. I got the portable oxygen unit and extra cannulas in the first shipment which came quickly. After a few exchanged emails with customer service and a long wait, I did receive a second package with an adapter for the extra battery pack I never received. Customer service has advised me to just be patient. I'm out of patience.
