Would recommend to anyone.

Good service, and reasonably priced.

I have only had my unit around 1 1/2 weeks. So far all is okay. VARON has delivered all of the products ordered. Still too early to know everything, but so far, so good.

Manual has a lot to be desired. More details needed with using AC and battery charging.

I had a terrible experience. I picked out the unit I wanted and ordered it. Days later I received a GROUP email to customers telling us they could send a "similar unit" and we wouldn't have to wait for shipping from overseas (Despite the website still saying the unit ordered was in stock). I had to ask for more details and found out the only way to get a unit promptly was to receive the cheaper, inferior model. This felt like a scam and I want a refund of the cost difference.

Shipping and Foreign customer service is terrible, the customer service reps were rude and not helpful at all.

It's a nicely built and quiet machine.

I purchased a separate web-design backpack that is less cumbersome than the one included with the unit. It allows proper ventilation and cooling and is easier to carry.

Output tubing from unit is a different size from other breathing equipment currently in use. I’m still waiting on an appointment with my medical provider to determine how to proceed to connect everything together or if this is even advisable. So far unit is useless; hopefully this will change.
