Disappointing experience

It was easy to upload my picture, and the paint by numbers looks a lot like it, however the paint colors I got are slightly different from the photo.

La livraison demande un peu de patience mais j ai tout reçu. Le remplissage des numéros me permet d être focalisée sur quelque chose tout en oubliant mes soucis, mon stress. J’en ai commandé un plus petit pour ma fille. Je recommande !

Beautiful colors for the paintings.

The picture turned out to be very large and beautiful! Everything came quickly and in a special box, 3 brushes and a set of paints. It is very simple and convenient to use. I really liked it, thank you very much! I want more!

One of the paintings i orderd was too dark en i got en amail saying the results are better with a lighter picture! I thought that was really thoughtfull!

All good, the site is intuitive, it gives you everything you need to place an order quickly and efficiently. It took a while to arrive in our location but it is understandable (just put a note it could arrive in ~2 weeks on the site so that deliveries cand be planned on time, especially when you want to offer them as gifts)

I was disappointed by the response of the customer service when I inquired about an unusable product I received. They were magnifying glasses that were extremely uncomfortable to wear as well as impossible to keep on my face because of the weight of them. They repeatedly fell off. When I reached out to the team, they expected me to pay for the return shipping of the unusable product.

Einzig der Versand hat doch etwas länger gedauert…das habe ich nicht vermutet, aber bei der Entfernung war es dann doch sogar recht schnell. Am besten etwas mehr Lieferzeit Inkauf nehmen…Ich habe eine Gutschein gemacht und konnte es sogar schon drei Tage später nachreichen ;)
