I bought my first wig , a Natrual Image Create from your Newcastle shop and the advice and after care in styling and trimming the wig was fantastic. My consultant Jemma was so patient and understanding and also a talented stylist. I later bought the Helen Wille Fair wig from your website , the price was the lowest out of all the other sellers, the purchase was simple and I was kept up to date with the delivery process ,would definitely use the Wonderful Wig Company again.

I bought a wig at the beginning of May, and it never arrived. I've written at least 15 emails to customer service, but they have been useless, as nobody seems to care that I have been waiting for my wig for more than a month.
The parcel went through customs and was resend to the company. They made me repay the shipment to send it back but they never did. After this, they stopped aswering my emails.
I couldn't be more disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
