Finally i found the best topper ever!

I would like to formally request a return for my recent order. Unfortunately, the product has not met my expectations. After using it for two nights, I experienced discomfort, including headaches and back pain. As a result, the item is not suitable for me and I am unable to continue using it. Given that the product did not fulfill the purpose for which it was purchased, I kindly request that you proceed with the return and refund process at your earliest convenience.

Fast and reliable

Completely useless delivery process! For purchase, I supplied a delivery address that the delivery company did not receive. I then get haunded (while in important meeting) with missed calls and threats that as there is no delivery address, delivery will be delayed to next day or "whenever we can delivery is as per our schedule" Customer service horrible! Will be happy to leave a google review about my experience.
