I've bought things from them before and liked their products and so bought these items for Christmas gifts. Shipping took over twice as long as the website indicated and the delay was before it was even picked up by the carrier so it was not just a shipping delay. When we noticed that neither piece fit well I tried to contact the company multiple times about a return and never received a reply of any kind.

Order took 1.5 months longer to arrive than check-out stated. Customer service phone number did not work to inquire about my order to wonder if it was ever going to arrive. Online inquiries stated that many people never received their orders at all and that the site itself was a scam. The only saving grace is the wool pants are nice, except there is no tag, which is rather weird nor laundering instructions.

That was 25 business days ago and I have not received notice of shipping.
