I never received either of the sweatshirts that I ordered! I have emailed and texted customer service and noone has responded to either. USPS never delivered the package saying that it was undeliverable. It was either lost, damaged or had an incomplete or wrong address. This company will not respond to my requests for a refund or redo and resend my items I ordered! But I get this email to rate the clothing! I spent $110 for Christmas gifts and got nothing to rate!!!
