オゼンピックを3本購入し支払いも完了しましたが、届いたのは1本だけでした。支払い後に、「在庫がない場合は分割で発送する可能性がある」と連絡がありましたが、こういった大切な情報は購入前に明記すべきです。LINEで連絡を取り、今週木曜日までには残りの2本を届けてほしいとお願いしましたが、発送に関する返答はまだなく、「入荷次第発送する」とだけ言われました。この対応には非常にがっかりしています。在庫がないなら、1人1本までなどの購入制限を設けるか、支払い前に顧客に知らせるべきだと思います。
