I was a little bummed when I got the product because one of the small parts that attaches to the delivery arm was broken. Itβs super important for the see-sawing mechanism to work. But when I asked customer service to send me the missing part, they sent me a brand new delivery arm instead! Once I put it all together, it worked perfectly, and Iβm having a blast swinging with it.
