The mats are great! I just wish it was a little larger. I ordered tje medium, which looked bigger in the online photo.

Pads are not long enough. I ordered the longest one got much smaller size.

My credit card was compromised at the time of purchase, not sure what happened, but I will never purchase anything with my phone again.

Shipping was quick and on time. Customer service was proactive and has checked in even before we received it.

Took forever to get

Product not what I was led to believe and it took three weeks to arrive. Your "tracking" showed it sitting at an airport in China for days and then it just suddenly showed up. Sending a lot of emails about nothing new does not qualify as good service.

Horrible material and quality.

Very disappointing purchase and return policy I spent more than $200 on PawLabs mats and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The mats did not appear to be worth anything close to the price I paid. When I tried to return them, I learned that the only return option was to ship the products to China at my own expense. Customer Service sucks

It took a little longer than I expected to receive my order, so I was a little worried that it may not arrive. Glad it did.
