The poor quality of the delivery service, DHLx Commerce, put a damper on my experience. They "attempted delivery" 3 times and were claimed that no one was home, which was a complete lie, as we were always at home...waiting for them. They put up plain black photos as "proof" & never left a "sorry to miss you" card. My package was returned to True Grace, and only with the help of Abbie did I recieve a replacement. I have been told that DHL Commerce is different from the reliable original DHL.
