Wish you'd calculate free shipping outside of any vouchers. It makes it quite difficult with overspending to achieve free shipping. Also frustrating that one can't combine the rewards you've earned with any other offer. In my most recent order I couldn't remove the offer in order to use the voucher, and the voucher would have saved me more. The offer was the free 20cl candle, which I didn't really even want.
