they never sent my order. i had to file a chargeback. edit: they have said my email domain is fake, which is not the case, it is a custom domain. if they couldn’t reach me, they should have just cancelled the order and processed the refund. however, they didn’t do this; rather, they marked the order as shipped a month later, though without any tracking information. furthermore, they’ve now inappropriately exposed my email domain publicly in their reply to my review.
