I originally ordered size 10.5, the shoes they sent me were size 45eur and were way too large. I contacted them and they were happy to send replacement pairs, not knowing exactly what size I needed, I asked for one pair in size 44 and one pair in size 43. Of the two original pairs they sent the white ones seemed a little bigger than the black so the replacements were size 44 black and size 43 white, both replacement pairs seem to fit me well. I usually wear a size 10.5. The height is amazing.
