I only had the experience of ordering the mat and everything that came with it and had no problems with that. I still wonder about the card however. I don't understand how it's to be used except to "carry it with you". It has a button or something on the back and which is covered by Velcro. Am I supposed to take this off? The instructions weren't clear. I see no sense in carrying it with me and would love further explanation.
