No issues, easy to do business with.

All lies the stuff don’t work. And you can’t reach anyone to fix the problem. The jars are so tiny. The ad is misleading.

Shopping was easy however the shipping time was a disappointment.

It took a minute to get here but will be buying more.

You are sending your product too often. I can’t afford to pay twice a month for the amount you are charging me. I have enough to last me at least 6 months. So at this time I am canceling my subscription. Why list a phone number for customer support if it cannot be reached? Also I had trouble reaching the correct email address for customer support. Because of this I am only giving you 3 stars even though I do love the product. Also the jars are much smaller than they appear in your adds.

Very unhappy with the constant automatic reorders and charges!!! It’s breaking me for something I don’t want. I wanted to try it and gave some to my grown children, I’m sorry I bought as many as I did at first. Please, please take me off your list!!!! Make sure you know I want to return any sealed jars of your product for a refund and get no more! Thank you.

Product delivery is horrible

It took forever for me to get it and too expensive for not working the way it’s described.

The jars in the ads are bigger than the actual jars. If the jars were the size they are in the ads, they might be worth the price you charge for them.

Well you sent too many orders at the same time. Please send just one order next time. My bank account is getting low, so please help me out. Love Total Relief use it everyday. I’m skipping the order until September 2026. I need to catch up. OK. MASENKO

You cheat people about the price for your product. Just say it's 34.95 a jar not buy 2 get 1 free. Also you charge for priority mail. So instead of 69.90 plus taxes.

I wish it would have come faster.

After some time, I finally received the cream. Although the waiting was stressful, it was well worth it!

I had no problem ordering it online. I told my neighbor that I wanted it for my birthday and he got one the next day from Amazon. It wasn't the same, nor nearly as effective though they cost the same.
