I had no idea you used subscriptions. I wasn't aware. Now I am stuck with incoming creams every couple weeks. I have enough to last me years.

I don’t like the fact that once you buy you keep sending without my requesting it. Fraudulent marketing. Shame on you. It puts s damper on your good product

Signed me up for a subscription I did not ask for. Refuses to cancel it though you e confirmed twice you would. Cancel this subscription immediately.

Too expensive for the amount you get but as for how effective in pain relief, the jury is still out.

As stated before, I didn't ask for automatic delivery every month. I wanted to try the merchandise first before doing that.

I cancelled subscription but the cancellation was ignored

I am still using the Total Relief cream and am hoping that the continued and consistent use will help with the tingling and slight numbness in my feet. I have used several other products, but so far the Total Relief has not made any more difference than a couple of the others products I have tried. That said, I am hoping with continued use that the Total Relief will eventually make a significant difference. Respectfully, Ivan Chambers A customer still giving Total Relief a chance to work

Took a month and a half to receive my order, I have told lot of people about this cream to give it a try but not to be in a hurry because it takes forever in shipping.

also I canceled my subscription and you still sent me a new jar and charged me $52. When I complained you gave me a credit of eight dollars then gave me a receipt that said you gave me a credit for $16. I only got an eight dollar credit. that's another way to steal money from consumers. I refuse to work with companies like this anymore. I am sick of people, taking advantage of those of us in constant pain to steal our money.

Product did not perform as stated

My one concern with my shopping experience was that I originally ordered only one jar of Total Relief. It worked well and I didn't want to run out so I ordered a 6 jar order. That order never arrived. I contacted the help line and put in a new order for 6 jars. That order did arrive. When I went back on to the help line to mention that the first 6 jar order still had not arrived said that they had put in another order for me for 6 more jars but had to charge my card. Can you please review
