The shopping experience was also deceiving. It wasn’t clear about the shipping being an additional charge because of all the up-selling the website tried doing. Eventually, when I gave up, i got a notification from my bank that the money had been withdrawn, and I noticed there was more than just the taxes added.

First, you issued me a 200 gift card then decided not to honor it only AFTER I bought this item and also some of your Total Relief Cream - and only AFTER I gave you my credit card # (because you said I would only receive the credit at final confirmation, which occurred only AFTER I gave you my credit card info). When I complained to your customer support folks about this deception, they said they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours; but, to date, they NEVER GOT BACK TO ME in the 2 weeks +/- since.

The company is a SCAM. They charged me one month after for the same product. I requested a REFUND and they said they will take care of it. Nobody answers the telephone. They have 3 different telephone numbers from 3 different cities in USA . They tell you not to report them to PAYPAL as a WARNING because if you do so your refund will take longer! and also not to send more emails to support but you don't hear ever again from them! they already sent the product again! is a SCAM seems like a SCAM!
