Shopping with Zing Pakistan was great, but the PostEx delivery process was frustrating. Despite paying in advance, the rider required a PostEx WhatsApp OTP that never arrived. Customer support from both companies offered zero guidance. Thanks to an understanding rider, I received my parcel anyway, but the OTP was never sent. Zing Pakistan and PostEx must fix this OTP verification system for prepaid orders.
