Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered one spin reel and one baitcaster and I didnt get the right order. Plus! The spin reel broke within the first three casts. I've been fishing for a long time too so this isnt my first rodeo. All in all very disappointed.

I would like to request a refund for this fishing rod. The part shown in the picture was advertised/described as serving a specific purpose, but it does not function as expected and does not meet my needs. Because of this, I am not satisfied with the product and would like to return it for a full refund.

Everything bad, service, shipping, zero stars

I received an incomplete broken item! I sent 3 polite emails how we can solve that but no reaction at all. Never ever by at Pocket Rod, they sent incomplete broken items and don't react when you email them. Very bad service!!!

The seller doesn't care to react, when you try to reclaim your money.

My package came damaged and the pocket rod wasnt even there in the package. I requested a refund with no answer
