Couriers Please was used for delivery and we learnt they do not deliver to parcel lockers. There does not appear to be anything on the Cooper & Co website stating this and unfortunately, we had to drive a significant distance to pick up the stairs from the Couriers Please depot as they also had instructions that they could not divert the delivery to our home address
