Warning to other customers you can’t exchange boots for a different style only size! After I ordered I tried to tell them I made a mistake right away and that I wanted a different style and they told me I’d have to wait until I got my order because they package them right away. So I wait til I get my order and come to find out they will only send me a gift card for about half of what I paid for store credit and won’t actually do an exchange due to ‘processing fees’. I’ve never experienced this
