Absolutely the right advice was given and totally love the purchased product. Slight issue with delivery of 2 items but excellent customer service to rectify including potential solution in interim. I originally bought the chair and it said 2 day shipping. It didnt show up and I checked in...and lo and behold, they'd changed the chair to "pre order" on the website, so it took a whole month to get here. I would not have purchased from here had I known, and I know it didn't say pre order when I bought it. So I felt gaslighted and dismissed in my concerns.

Communication was fantastic from start to finish!

Great wheelchair and price. Has really given me back my independence. Great to take on flights too as easy to remove the battery. If you are travelling with the chair then I would recommend a second battery to ensure you have enough to get you around. An improvement would be to put something in front the seat cushion when using the Velcro to strap it down folded. My seat is now looking tatty after one taking the chair abroad once.
